Our new system is fully up and running always a few teething problems as we expected but it is all all working well. It has so many different features that we are learning as we go along and there is many more that we haven’t even activated yet until we get the basics.Just a few little points to help if you are struggling.

1- You will need to reset your password if you haven't done so already old passwords will not work. Simply hit reset password if you have been in with us before

2- Add your card  to the system it will ask you to verify in your banking app - click here to add from form  it is the easiest way

3- When you want to book an appointment use the Book now button. We have a new feature Add to cart if you want to pay for a treatment or offer and book at a later stage  it will be on your account.

4-If you are a member and your membership isn't showing make sure your card is added and drop me a message back so I can activate  your membership on our new system.  If you want to sign up to memberships we can only add  one to each account ( hopefully more will be an option soon) but I have also added a few combined memberships  if you can't see what you are looking for  drop me a message and I can customise a membership for you. 

5- You will notice some add ons available at special discounts when you book. We will be changing these regularly and will be offering different add ons at different times of the year.

6- Wait list that actually works automatically. If you can’t see a time you’d like add it to the waitlist and if we get any space you will get a message to see if you still want that slot.
